The Company has applied the principles set out in Section 1 of the Combined Code – Principles of Good Governance and Code of Best Practice issued in July 2003, as amended. This is more particularly described in the Annual Report. Whilst formal compliance is important, the Board’s overall approach is to be guided by and observe the spirit of the Code and apply high standards of corporate governance.
